On April 8, 2026, Grand Duke Dietmar I officially granted citizenship to his sister, Marlies Anders.
At the same time, he elevated her to the nobility and bestowed upon her the title of Duchess of Scandivonia.

Decree No. 004
In Decree No. 004, Grand Duke Dietmar I declared worldwide nature and environmental protection a national objective.
On this day, Scandivonia established a personal rainforest reserve.
This symbolic 90 m² piece of rainforest in the Peruvian Amazon represents not ownership, but responsibility.
To reinforce this commitment, the territory is expanded by 30 m² every month.

On December 23, 2025,
our Grand Duke Dietmar I will travel to Norway for his 35th visit.
This visit, however, is his first as our head of state.
Of course, he will not be received by members of the royal family, this is not possible for rulers of micronations!
But the Grand Duke will stay at the Thon Hotel Slottsparken right next to the royal palace of
Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway.
